How early should I book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (March-May, October-December). Latest booking is 1 month before your wedding.
Do you travel outside Taiwan?
Yes, we serve all Taiwan and have overseas wedding experience. Travel fees apply for distances over 20km within Taiwan, capped at NT$ 9,900. Overseas: custom quote.
What's the deposit and payment process?
20% deposit required to lock in your date. We accept bank transfers or TWQR mobile payments. Final payment due within 3 days after wedding. No credit cards at this time.
Are you English/Japanese friendly?
Yes! We communicate in English and Japanese via LINE or email. On the wedding day, smooth coordination is ensured through pre-wedding consultations.
What if it rains on the wedding day?
Unless cancelled by official weather warnings, shoots proceed as planned. For heavy rain, we discuss indoor backup plans or rescheduling.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! Common combinations: Wedding Films + Phone Booth (50% off Phone Booth) or Photography + MV. Contact us for tailored quotes.
When will I receive my final files?
Wedding Films: ~90 working days. Photography & MV: 60-90 working days. Phone Booth: within 1 week (1-2 weeks if Reels added). Cloud delivery (1-month availability).
Can I revise the final edit?
Yes. After preview delivery, you have 7 days for revisions. 2 minor revisions free (music, subtitles, scene order). Major changes charged separately.

挙式の6〜12ヶ月前のご予約をお勧めします。特に繁忙期（3-5月、10-12月、旧正月前後）は早めに。最遅でも1ヶ月前まで。
海外でも撮影可能?
はい、台湾全土および海外の撮影実績あり。台湾国内は20km以上で出張費発生（上限NT$ 9,900）。海外案件はカスタム見積もり。
予約金と支払い方法は?
日程確保のため20%の予約金が必要。お支払いは銀行振込・TWQR決済対応。残金は挙式後3日以内のお支払い。クレジットカード不可。
英語・日本語対応していますか?
はい、LINE・メールでの一般的なお問い合わせに英語・日本語で対応可能。当日は事前打ち合わせでスムーズに進められます。
雨天の場合は?
政府発令の極端な天候警報以外は撮影予定通り。大雨の場合は室内代替プランまたは日程変更を相談。

もちろん!人気の組み合わせ:ウェディングフィルム+フォンブース(フォンブース50%OFF)やフォト+MV。
納品はいつ?
ウェディングフィルム:約90営業日。フォト&MV:60〜90営業日。フォンブース:1週間以内(Reels追加で1-2週間)。クラウド納品(1ヶ月有効)。
完成品の修正は可能?
はい。プレビュー版納品後、7日以内に修正リクエスト。軽微な修正2回まで無料(音楽・字幕・シーン順序)。大幅な変更は別途料金。
